Calm After The Storm - The Common Linnets

Wat een gaaf nummer is dit zeg! Of we het Songfestival er mee gaan winnen, ik denk het niet, maar het is in ieder geval een tof nummer van twee te gekke artiesten (Ilse DeLange & Waylon) De akkoorden zijn niet moeilijk. Een G, Em en C, met ergens een verdwaalde Gsus4.

Het nummer wordt door 3 gitaristen gespeeld: Ilse, Waylon en JB Meijers (een te gekke gitarist, van onder andere De Dijk). Ilse en Waylon spelen heel basic, palm muted, de akkoorden. JB Meijers speelt de tokkel partij onder het refrein.

Je kan het hele nummer het palm muted spelen. Palm Muted is niks meer dan dat je met de palm van je slaghand (vaak rechts) de snaren afdempt, maar dan net niet zoveel dat ze niet meer klinken. Check bijgesloten YT link maar eens.
