Een prachtig maar emotioneel nummer, dat is ‘Fix You’. Slechts enkele akkoorden, maar ingevuld met de juiste partijen op de juiste plaats. Geen grote en zware powerchords voor Jonny Buckland, maar een melodielijn op één snaar die zich blijft herhalen. Een sterk staaltje songwriting, en de moeite om te bestuderen en na te spelen!
